1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Services, or by making a payment on postmantra.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. The Services

• Agent Guru is an AI sales training agent: recorded voice lessons built from your content, a live AI coach that listens to reps practise out loud, and leadership dashboards. It is sold as a subscription, per seat.
• Agent Jasmine is AI image and social-post generation for brands: product, on-model and campaign images and social posts, produced to your brief as a project and delivered as digital files.

Any other work we agree with you in writing is also governed by these Terms, together with our written quote or proposal for that work.

4. Account & Access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. For Agent Guru, your administrators control who signs in, and you are responsible for the team members you add. Notify us immediately at admin@aarlanextech.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or models behind the Services.
• Use the Services to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
• Submit images of a real person, or ask for images that depict a real person, without that person’s permission.
• Record people in Agent Guru practice sessions without giving them any notice, or obtaining any consent, that the law requires.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Services without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

6. User Content & Generated Output

You retain ownership of the input content (images, text, brand materials, presentations and recordings) you submit to the Services. You grant Aarla Nextech a limited licence to process, store, and use this input solely to provide and improve the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Aarla Nextech assigns to you the rights to commercially use the AI-generated output produced specifically for you. You are responsible for ensuring that any input you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, models, designs, trademarks, logos, and the Post Mantra, Agent Guru, Agent Jasmine and Aarla Nextech names, are the exclusive property of Aarla Nextech LLP or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Prices, Fees & Payment

• Agent Guru is priced per seat, per month, in US dollars, with a 200-seat minimum. You choose month to month, or a 12-month commitment billed monthly. Current prices are on our Pricing page.
• Agent Jasmine is quoted per project, in Indian rupees or US dollars. The quote sets out the scope, the price, the payment terms and the delivery date.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where GST applies, it is added at checkout or shown on your invoice.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. For Agent Guru, the first month is paid at checkout, and each later month is billed in advance until the plan ends or is cancelled.
• Payments on postmantra.com are processed by Razorpay, and Razorpay’s terms apply to the payment. Any currency conversion or bank charges made by your bank or card issuer are yours to pay.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
• We may modify pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes will not apply to billing cycles already paid.

9. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You can cancel an Agent Guru plan to stop future billing, and an Agent Jasmine project at no charge before work on it starts. Our services are digital, so they cannot be returned, and payments are not refunded except where required by law or where you were charged twice or in error. 10. Delivery

We do not ship physical goods. Agent Guru is delivered as online access and Agent Jasmine as digital files. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services you consent to those practices.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated output may contain errors or unexpected results and should be reviewed before publication or commercial use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarla Nextech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarla Nextech and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aarla Nextech in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aarla Nextech, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your input content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
